This mouse/trackpad is new but was opened to verify the internal components. The top glass is in excellent condition with little, if any, noticeable wear. The bottom is in poor condition with signs of heavy use and may have deep scratches and/or dents. The charge port is clean and intact, and the battery port is in good condition with minor wear. Please view our close up photos, as these are taken of the actual item being offered for sale.
